Meet Charlotte

Charlotte Gannaway brings 18 years of real estate experience and a background in luxury client service, beginning her career at Saks Fifth Avenue as Manager of Selling and Service. She and her business partner, Dillon, went on to build a Top 1000 real estate team with more than $70 million in sales. Charlotte and her husband, Jon, recently chose Knoxville as home, where they are building a family farm and welcoming their first grandchild. When she’s not helping clients, Charlotte enjoys gardening, tennis, hiking, travel, and exploring Knoxville’s food and farmers market scene. She is also passionate about giving back through organizations including the Junior League, P.E.O., City Hills Church, and the Knoxville Botanical Garden.
